I am a JD/PhD candidate in economics at Stanford. My work centers on the law and economics of state capacity, including housing and homelessness governance and the modernization of public-sector workforce and AI systems. I am particularly interested in using and evaluating large language models to develop datasets that enhance empirical study of administrative decisionmaking and regulatory design.
My work is supported by the Knight Hennessy Scholars Program, the John M. Olin Program in Law and Economics, and the Stanford Impact Labs.
